Morning Burrito


2-3 Oz. Sausage
2 Flour Tortillas
2 Tbsps. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp. Canned, Chopped Green Chiles (Be sure to get the mild can)
1/4 Cup Salsa (Again, be sure you have the mild) 

Servings - 2

Component - Meat and Bread


Cook the sausage in a small non-stick skillet until done.
Place sausage on tortillas and top with cheese.
Whisk the egg whites and green chilies until blended. Cook in hot skillet about 2 minutes or until set. Spoon onto tortillas.
Fold in sides of tortilla; roll up burrito style.
Top with salsa.

Note: Make ahead without salsa topping, wrap burritos with foil and place in 200 degree oven for up to 30 minutes.
