- 1 grape tomato per child, halved lengthwise
- 1 strip of red pepper per child Enough whole grain rice cakes to allow one per child 1/2 cup raisins (at least 1 per child) 1 grated carrot 6-8 oz container hummus.
For children who are old enough to make their own snack read these directions. Spread the hummus on the rice cake. Use the tomato halves for the eyes, the raisin for the nose and the pepper strip for the mouth. Use the grated carrot for hair.
