Holiday Salad


  • 2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce - chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 to 2 Medium apples, chopped or sliced (use at least 1 red apple and do not peel)
  • 1/3 Cup Craisins (or other type of dried cranberry)
  • 1 Stalk of Broccoli (lightly steamed or microwaved and chopped into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 Small Can of Mandarin Oranges
  • Lite Raspberry Dressing (for example Ken's Steakhouse or Raspberry Balsamic)


Mix ingredients together, drizzle with dressing and enjoy
