Cultivate for Lasting Change

Hi, it's Constant.  I have a new video for you in my Sustainable Change series.  This month's video is titled Cultivate for Lasting Change. When our goal is lasting change, quick fixes usually are not the key to success.  Like with our vegetable garden, between planting and harvesting, there is a lot of cultivating to do!  In this video I talk about the importance of daily care and efforts so real learning occurs, new habits stick, and for success in achieving the sustainable change we strongly desire.  Click here to view.  Thanks for watching!
